When the event ends, the head judge confirms each judge's participation.
- Open Participation and hours.
- Review each person's heats.
- Tap Validate and confirm.

You can add heats they attended without logging and leave a note.
Only once the event has ended, and nobody can confirm themselves. That judge's sheets are locked; Reopen undoes it, with a reason.
