Terms of sale

1. Who sells

The seller is Reuse Engineering by Martinez, pending: street and number, 3014 Bern. Contact: info@judgelog.app.

2. Made to order

Each garment is printed or embroidered when you order; there is no stock. Production and shipping are handled by our production partner, Printful. Shop photos are product mock-ups: the real colour may vary slightly, especially on dyed garments.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are final. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is shown.
• Shipping is calculated in the cart for your country and shown before you pay; it includes the taxes the producer charges us on shipping.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• The contract is concluded when the payment is complete; production is ordered at that moment.

4. Shipping

We ship to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Iceland.

Before paying you see the estimated delivery time, counted from when the garment leaves the workshop. When it ships, we email you the tracking link.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You can withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the order. Email us at info@judgelog.app with the order reference (shown on the confirmation page and in the shipping email) and we will tell you where to return it.

• Return the garments unused and in the condition you received them, within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing.
• You pay the cost of returning them.
• We refund the price and the standard shipping you paid within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the garments before refunding.

6. Faulty or wrong products

If a garment arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or with a print or size error that is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of receiving it with a photo and the order reference. We will send you a new one free of charge or refund you, as you prefer. This does not limit your statutory rights.

7. Data protection

What we do with your data when you buy is explained in the shop privacy notice.

8. Governing law

pending: governing law and courts. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection given by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
