What data we process when you buy

• Name, email address, phone number and shipping address.
• What you bought, how much you paid and the payment reference.
• The order status and the shipment tracking.

We never see or store your card details: Stripe processes them.

Why

• To produce and ship your order, and tell you when it leaves.
• To handle returns, issues and refunds.
• To meet our accounting and tax obligations.

We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell it. You do not need an account to buy.

Who we share it with

• Stripe: processes the payment.
• Printful: produces and ships the order. It may produce it in facilities inside or outside the European Union, and passes your shipping details to the carrier.
• Supabase: hosts the order database in the European Union (Frankfurt).
• Resend: sends the tracking email.

How long

We keep order data for as long as accounting law requires (ten years in Switzerland) and everything else only while it is needed for the order and any issues.

In your browser

The shop stores your cart and shipping country in your browser’s local storage, only to remember them. It uses no tracking cookies. When you pay you move to Stripe’s page, which has its own terms.

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct it, have it deleted where the law allows, object to its processing or receive it in a portable format. Email us at info@judgelog.app. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country (in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, FDPIC).
